Artist Statement

After studying European Textile Design at Bradford University, Sally recently returned to her love of textiles, having collected masses of interesting fabrics over the years. She now uses these alongside hand dyed fabrics, combining appliqué with free motion embroidery to create her colourful designs. Working from original sketches, Sally is inspired by her love of nature.
