How to Pay

Artist Fees

  • Individual entry fee £95


Once you’ve completed your application form and are ready to submit, you will need to pay by debit card, credit card or PayPal to complete the submission process.

What happens next?

Each applicant will receive an email to acknowledge receipt of their application and payment.

If you do not receive such an email please contact us to check. Things do go awry sometimes, postal payments might get delayed etc, so please contact us if you do not hear anything. Email [email protected]  and we will do our best to help.

A separate receipt for your payment will be sent out in due course.

Artists’ Event Guide

We will issue artists with a copy of the Artists’ Event Guide which contains practical guidance on the ‘opening up’ process. We expect this to be issued electronically by early March, together with a flyer for you to print out and add your own details.

The brochures and publicity material are expected to be ready for distribution in early April,  We will then contact artists by email to let you know where you may collect from.

Would you like to take out a separate advertisement?

Advertising rates for the brochure:

  • Quarter page: £120
  • Half Page: £210
  • Full page: £380
  • 10% discount in 2024 if an advert was taken out in the 2023 brochure
